Mission, Vision & Values

A Family Health Team (FHT) is an approach to primary care that brings together different health care providers to coordinate the highest possible quality of care for you - the patient.

 

The Englehart and District FHT is patient-centered and provides access to a number of primary health care services from a variety of team-members, including your Primary Care Physician, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses and other allied health professionals.

Our Mission

In accordance with our vision, it is the purpose of the Englehart and District Family Health Team to improve the health of our people and community by:​
